We offer a very high quality treatment in all aspects of cosmetic tattooing ranging from eyebrows and eyeliners. 3D Tokyo eyeliner and eyebrows tattoo is implanted to a depth of 3mm below the exfoliating layers of skin and the inks used in tattooing are carbon based, which is why they remain there permanently.
