      Hi Juliet,

      Inner eyeliner tattoo cost $2500 with free color refilling within 120 days. It lasts 5 years for normal skin, for oily and sensitive skin people which can last 3 years. Our enquiry hotline is 63388359, monday through saturday 11:00 - 8:00.
